You may see it called gỏi tôm mực Thái, which means salad shrimp squid Thai. Also, it could be called gỏi mực Thái Lan (Thai Lan = Thailand), or gỏi mực kiểu Thái (kieu = style). The herbs and veggies used to make the dish often include: lettuce, mint, cilantro, garlic chives, carrot, onions, and cucumber. Sometimes, it's served with prawn crackers or crispy rice paper that can be used to scoops up the delicious salad.
